Default turbo help
So i was looking around and would a garret 70mm turbo off a f250 diesel work on a 6.0 gas motor? sorry if this a dumb question tried searching but didnt find anything really..

Will it work, yes, is it ideal, no even close. Diesel turbos are designed for much higher pressure ratios than gas engines, and are therefor less efficient for use in a gas engine.

diesel turbos don't work well on gas trucks, they are sized differently for much different boost characteristics needed by diesels.
