Living here in Illinois vehicle emissions are strictly enforced, what are people using for cats and exhaust on turbo builds to satisfy the man? Thanks

What do you mean strictly? Like do they set up the mobile smog checks like cali?

 

what? you don't think my fender exhaust and leaded fuel will pass in Illinois. pretty strict over there, here in ohio almost none existing emissions testing. run 3 1/2 -4" magnaflow hi flow cat and muffler exiting out the rear. not sure if a performance cat will fly either tho.
