Yes I am running the stock cam. I do have a ligenfelter gt2-3 that is very simular to the newer zo6 cam, but I'm having second thoughts about putting it in. I might save it for my camaro.

Either of those cams will make a HUGE difference. Mine didn't have much top end till I put a Z06 cam in it, then it was like a night and day difference. Parish put a 01 Z06 cam (a little smaller then the 02) in the stock 5.3 in there pinks car and gained a 100 hp Same turbo your gona use.

Adding a cam, even a small one is by far the best bang for the buck on these motors with a turbo. The stock cam just doesn't have enough lift.

I guess I will put the cam in also. I also have a set of 60lb injectors for it. How hard is it gonna be to tune them in. I have efi live.

I have a set in a box in the garage, but I haven't gotten around to putting them in yet, I don't think they will be to hard to tune, lot's of F-body guys run them.

I think it will just be a matter of installing them, changing the injector flow rate and lowering the min pulse width a bit, and a couple rounds of AutoVE tuning, just to clean things up a bit.
