Default Turbo center housing turning white

Hey guys. I just got done putting a huron t6 kit on my truck and I'm having a strange issue. The center housing of the turbo is smoking and turning white. I have about 10 miles on the setup. My afr is about 13.5-15 just cruising around and I haven't gotten in to boost yet. Coolant temps are about 180.
Is this normal or what? I haven't checked oil to the turbo yet because it's still hot but the wheel spins fine and it only got to about 350 degrees according to my infared thermometer. Other than that the truck runs fine.

Thanks!

Looks like the turbo blanket is burning off and that is where the white is coming from. If you remove the blanket and clean everything up, I bet it stops.
