I narrowed it down here to 2 cams which in you turbo experts is better for 5-600hp in my truck
220/224 .581/.581 115+5
Or a
Specs are 218/223 .598/.571 112+3
I really want a decent lope at idle and good power
Remember I am kinda new to this turbo stuff

I was wanting to do either the 218/223 can in my 4.8 or the triple 12. I also am looking for a decent lope. Is the 218/223 can the tick 4.8 stage 2 turbo cam?
