Default turbo 5.3 blowing white smoke

so i took the truck out today to do some data logging and did a small pull while getting on the freeway and truck went pig rich and wouldn't let me accelerate past 4500 and was bogging out so i got off the highway and everything was running fine i pulled into a parking lot to save the log and let the truck idle for about 3 min then turned it off and did everything i needed to on the computer and turned the truck back on and it started blowing white smoke out the exhaust so i popped the hood and noticed i had a lot of smoke coming out of my blow by also coolant level is where it has always been and oil pressure was good around 40psi at idle any ideas?

Can neither confirm nor deny the diagnosis, but I know it doesn't take a lot of coolant to burn white

Under boost can be causing the head gasket to expose a leak, as it’s trying to separate head from block any weak point in head gasket will show up.
