Default truck issues??

Wasnt sure where to put this but hope you guys can help. Couple of weeks ago the battery died in the truck. Charged the battery and the truck hasnt ran right since. It runs fine when driving it, but when you slow down to come to a stop and the truck is idling down is kinda acts like it wants to cut off. When reversing on and off the gas seems to be worse. This is driving me nuts, so if any body has any ideas it would be much appreciated. And p.s no engine lights, a/f is fine. Thanks Nick...

If that is all that happened, then disconnect the battery overnight and see if reconnecting it the next morning helps.
Sounds like for some odd reason it's having a hard time "learning" idle.
Might just need a reset; pcm's are weird sometimes.

You need to do an idle relearn. I forget the exact amount of time, but basically chock the wheels and set the parking brake. Put it in drive for 5-10 mins and then put it in reverse for 5-10 mins. This always worked for me.
