Not to mention they aren't good for FI motors. I destroyed two Flowmasters because the baffles broke from all the added combustion gasses screaming through there. Baffles suck and sound like *** when they are broken and rattling around.

Well the final exhaust will be 3.5 magnaflow muffler. Might even get one of those fancy electric cut outs.

How about the Corsa Sport muffler? Seems to work well for me... interested in the exhaust upgrade results... and how well a diameter upgrade above 3" would work out for daily driver guys... up to, say, 600rwtq...

Corsa, I do not know anyone there.
I hope to have a different muffler on there soon. A 4" pipe will fit as long as the truck is not lower, right now the 3.5 up and over the rear end looks to be the best all around fittment with room etc.
Do not want to spend to much time on this one thing, but I hate to loose Hp, so I will spend a little more time, while we are doing final fittment the air/water IC to the truck. Got something cool we are working on. You guys would not believe what a problem it was finding a heat exchanger I like, that fits, and does the job needed.

later

what if you do 4" all the way back and bump it down to 3.5 to go over the axle? it may even help by keeping the velosity up. (spelling)
