Here are just a couple of pics around that ac hose. The 07 looks to be at a different angle from from the dryer.
The water tank was just thrown together in a hurry for testing A2W IC. And you can see the water pump we will use for the IC.

I opened up your pics and mine side by side. Yes, the older trucks appear to have a more favorible bend in the A/C line. Also, it appears the dryer is a couple more inches further forward in the engine bay. This may facilitate the need to fab an A/C line for the 07's. No biggy. I installed alot of twin turbo kits on C5's... all of them requiring complete A/C line rerouting from the compressor. From the looks of things the manifold and turbo placement are good. Can you tell if the driver exhaust manifold is the same? If so, then your crossover pipe will be good too...

Super nice water pump...

Reservoir in the back of the bed ain't a bad idea either... pretty nice for just throwing something together.

Yea the tank in the back is suppose to be inside the wheel well, so no to loose any bed. You know for lumber and stuff. Right now its pushing 13 gallons, finished unit will be trimmed down to 11gallons. Thinking about moving it, but it works so I will leave. Just have to remember to add antifreeze to. lol
As far as the AC line might need to build a different down pipe to fit the 07.
