lol to be honest i was basing my numbers off yours! On low boost the cam made no difference i was on 7lb spring and it made 415 went back with the boost controller and for a speed density turned it up to 12 lbs and it woke the truck up big time! my tuner wanted to throw some more timing at it but i decided not to since it was a stock 6l80...when adjusting the boost controller we went too far on a turn and took it to 18lbs the stock block ate it like nothing but was waaaay more than i wanted to throw at it for now!
All that being said get you a cam!!

Sweet numbers!!! I'm surprised the Flex Fuel pump didn't work past your low boost number, I'm at 540whp on stock cam at 12PSI with the Flex Fuel pump. I really need to get a Cam, Choda let's get a group buy going lol

Yeah I just did the 80E swap last Nov, it wasn't cheap since I had a shop do the work but in the end I think it was worth it. Will know for sure when I head to the track shortly.

P.S. how did you end up doing your fuel system?

Get your 6L80 built by Circle D! They are doing some great things with this trans now.

Ah yes, good call, they are such great trucks, for me I have too much invested in this truck so I'm sticking with it, that is until the frame rots from all the salt here. Then I'll just get a NNBS from the south and transfer parts

I got a 4L80E, had it rebuilt with nothing fancy just everything normal + shift kit, I needed a 32spline input shaft for the transfer case then I handed it over to the shop, they installed the input shaft in the transfer case, bolted that up to the trans, bolted the trans in with the new converter, made the new crossmember, measured up and had new front and rear axles built. I did the wiring and my tuner well did the tuning. We couldn't do a segment swap like in the older gen trucks so what we did was flash the truck with a 6L/4L80E stock tune from a chevy express van, then put a spare TCM in, flashed it back with my previous tune then swapped the TCM with the one that now had the 4L80E info on and then did a "Read Entire" and boom we had a tune and went from there. I didn't use any relays or fancy harness or anything and had no codes.

I'm at 85% duty cycle on my injectors right now when I upgrade them I'll throw in the 450 that I have and do a return line as well.
