yea it sounds like I was pushing it at 13psi, 16 degrees of timing on 93 octane only

Not a 5.3 so it has very little relavents but
19 lbs 24 degrees timing. E85

We did 10* with 12-13 psi on 91 oct in my brothers 4.8, and the afr was 11.5. Stock long block with an Isky triple 12 cam and a ball bearing 76mm turbo. Could mabe have pushed it harder but idk...

15deg with 16psi with 25% e85/ 75% 93 spraying meth from dual nozzles...

might be overly safe but im trying to avoid this happening again...

What fuel, boost, and timing caused that? And it seems like mixing 25/75% e85 93 could be a pain in the *** sometimes.?

That was 15psi 15deg on only 93...

Its not bad, I made a spreadsheet that calculates the new stoichometric afr based on how much I add to the tank so I just have to change one number in the tune and everything else is correct.

I run an E85 25/75 mix a lot too. It's not bad if you have a WB gauge. You see it running a little rich or lean, you just go to the gas station and add a little gas or E85 to get it where you want to. Don't even have to mess with the tune once its close.

Been on 10psi 18* of timing on 91 octaine, so far my lq4 has held up to my abuse for 2 years
