Default Time to make more boost...

I have been letting this blower loft along for far too long so I got a few things to help it out.

New PTM 95mm throttle body on left, stock 76mm on right...

back side comparison of the two...

I am currently running a ported stock throttle body with a 4" pulley making 5.5-6.5# (dependent of weather). With the 3.25" pulley and throttle body below, I should be pushing close to 15#.

I am going to change just the throttle body first to see if I gain any boost with the 4" pulley then I will install the 3.5" to see if I get the 11-12# I expect; then will move down to the 3.25" for 14-15#. I anticipate having some belt slip with the 3.25 so I will be getting some 100mm idler pulleys to add some belt wrap until I can do the 8-rib swap.
Should be fun once I get it tuned out.

The KB J-tube uses a 4-bolt flange. I am currently using an adapter to use the stock 3-bolt.

Yes, with HPT. I am currently running a MAF tune but have a 2-bar map sensor on the way so I can convert to 2-bar SD.

Got the 3.5" installed along with a new belt (110.5") and some new intake piping. Took it for a quick drive this afternoon and saw a steady 9# on the first short hit. Second time I tried it the boost gauge was floating between 6-8# so I presume I am getting some belt slip which was confirmed by the maf readings on the scan. I have two Billetflow 100mm idlers to add now. Just have to figure out some spacers for them. Now for a few pics...
