I have the Tvs1900. And it currently has the 3 bolt throttle body and I wanted to upgrade to the 4 bolt throttle body and install the 90 mm throttle body and was wondering where y'all buy the adapter plate or how to get it changed over?

A 4 bolt TB should bolt directly to a tvs1900. If your truck is an '07 classic or older you need to get an X-link adapter so the 4 bolt TB work properly.

Yes, your TVS should already be setup for a 4 bolt 90mm. If you are running the 3 bolt 78mm then you will have a adapter plate behind the TB that you remove and the 90mm should bolt right up. I sent you a link with some info.

Which throttle body would be better? LS2, LS7 or ??

 

LS7 Style IMO, just because it opens the same direction as the stocker. Reality is that on a TVS, the opening direction should make no difference. Gold blade TB is the LS3/LS7 style.

That's what I am running with no issues.

 

Do you have a J-tube inlet TVS1900 or a front inlet TVS1900?
