Well in my case, and it has been a while, but I recall the speed shop had to reposition the supercharger as the snout was sitting at a bit of an angle. Once they got it on right, the belt never came off again.

But still would have been nice to have pulleys like Magnacharger has which give a bit of protection against slippage in their design.

Good luck. My fix involved 3 dealerships and about 2 g's
