Default Those cheap ebay up and forward turbo headers...

Actually dont fit that bad! Got them for $300 shipped, and they arrived in 4 days from china. I figured for that price I could figure out something to do with them.

All the welds appear to be good and the material looks like 18ga 304ss...not heavy wall stuff so I wouldnt hang an s400 off one of these. Flanges measure 3/8" and vband is 3".

The only close spot is on the driver side by the steering column boot thing. A little trimming and it will fit fine. Both clear everywhere else. The power steering cap can be pulled out sideways. The passenger side one looks off because its just resting on the studs. The pic with my hand in it is how it sits flush.

I dont have any immediate plans for them, but may take a swing at making my own pipes some day.

Also where would the down pipes go? Under the headers or over?

Nah maybe relocate my single somewhere, I dont think these could support the weight of twins. I would use some flex couplers and support the turbo off the frame. Downpipe would go down the passenger side.

Is there room for plug wires on the driver side? Looks like the top primaries are going to be right on the valve cover and coils.

It will clear the coils, but good luck getting a wire on there.

Also they wont work upside down, the plug on top of the coil hits the pipe. Looks like you will have to relocate coils, which if you are making your own turbo setup anyway, shouldnt be much of an issue.

Like I said I dont plan on using these in the immediate future, but for the price I couldnt pass them up. I need to learn to weld stainless first

I melted a head and turbine wheel a couple months ago. Ive since had it fixed but apparently im known around AL as the "guy with the truck thats blown up a like 4 engines", which isnt exactly true but that doesnt seem to matter, so I stopped posting all the stuff I break for everyone to see. Like people that have gone fast have never broken anything...

They do look nice, and for $300 I agree... cant pass that up. Can't wait to see what becomes of them.
