it'll be running this month; any hurdle you could run into happened.
everything is fabbed up, truck is stripped again, getting cleaned and painted inside, then we're installing all the stuff again.
it'll be ready shortly.
it's just a forged sixo, twin 70's, th400, fab9, 22psi or so, i would expect deep nines. it'll be a good contender and runner until the owner wants to push it harder.

I melted a head and turbine wheel a couple months ago. Ive since had it fixed but apparently im known around AL as the "guy with the truck thats blown up a like 4 engines", which isnt exactly true but that doesnt seem to matter, so I stopped posting all the stuff I break for everyone to see. Like people that have gone fast have never broken anything...

Its funny you started this thread. I just got a set a couple days ago. I was going to build headers for my Chevelle, but I couldnt buy the parts for the price. One of mine had a huge split in it that looks like it came from the mandrel process. They said they are shipping another one out tomorrow and I should see it next week. OK for China quality, but someone should have seen the split, it is right on the top very visible. Here is an internal and external pic.
