Thinking of twins. Need help picking turbos.

I work at a sizable custom metal fabrication shop and they have a huge robotic tubing bender. I know the operator and would have no problem getting him to bend some tubing for me. I am thinking of building my own turbo kit with forward facing headers. My 5.3 is stock so I want to start with small turbos. Some people have had good luck with ebay turbos so I was wondering what would be a nice size to start out with. I can only get 91 octane here so i would stick to around 5-8 psi. I have a stock stall right now so would like for them to spool at around 2800.

Those are going to be too big for me. I have a stock 5.3. I want to build the kit with turbos that work well with a stock engine, then sell it locally to a guy that wants it. After I have everything running smoothly on my truck we will swap it over. Then a mild 6.0 is going to be transplanted into mine along with a bigger kit.

Can't say numbers. Too many variables.
The 5.3L in looking at twins. Really is 2.65L
We went t3 for faster spool street performance plus have good top end power. This 370 target is 800hp DD.
