Yeah, killer project. Again glad you are doing it. Detail it well please. Different than I was/am going to try it but then again I don't sell front mount systems.

Have you figured out how to calculate total boost psi? I saw some calculations but couldn't quite grasp it. Gonna need 2 boost gauges, 2 or 3 IAT sensors

I wonder what would feed a 408 better for this. A MP122 or a 1900? I think a 2300 would be way overkill, and a MP112 would be too small.

The blower is fixed displacement and drive, so it's gonna do what it does no mater what. The turbo and mostly the waste gate will control the boost, just like it does now. It will get its reference from the intake manifold after the blower, so it will see total boost. I will be adding a couple of temporary pressure gauges for watching pressures between the turbo and blower and the back pressure in the exhaust. Once I get it setup, and working I will remove them, I don't like a cluttered instrument display. The only temp I care about is in the manifold.

How does the rotor coating on the TVS's hold up to meth? I know on the old MP's the coating would deteriorate.

A 1900 is only 114.9ci and the 2300 is 140ci

Do you even have the turbo on the motor yet???

Chris's old radix had a bit of flaking and deterioration, but his blower also had 50k miles on it.

To tell you the truth, I will be running -20* WWF* like I have been. It's only about 30% meth.

*It's NOT coolade! So don't drink it or give it to little kids,

As I understand it even though fixed displacement it will compound it. Since using the wastegate it will work out but if you feed the blower psi it will compound it to something higher, per the table vanilla posted... again as I understand it.

I'm with you on temporary gauges. Same as I would do but I'd want to understand what is going on while I was tuning it.

Got a few things to do before I can install it on the truck, like build an adapter plate for the 78mm TB, since I don't really want to shell out another $350-400 for a cable 90mm TB and I don't think it would gain me anything since it is already having to suck through 3" tubing and a turbo till boost from the turbo hits it. Also have to build throttle cable brackets since the TVS1900 has no provisions for a cable TB yet. And I have to get this installed since I'm still running the stock 4l60e that 1slow01Z71 loaned me when I broke my built 60e in TX a couple weeks ago
.

Edelbrock makes a cable operated 90MM TB for around $250.00.
