Default Texas peeps Turbo/Cat question

can we pass inspection with the gutted cats? Especially when they plug in the OBDII thingy that tests for the emissions? I'm running the STS with my stock Cats right now and I'm sure they're starting to tear apart...

Just got mine passed with a front mount in lubbock texas. They didnt plug into my obd2 anyway, which was good with the way my tune was set up.

You should be fine... Get rid of the cats with that STS either way...

Depends on the area. If they are doing a sniff test, and if the guy doing the inspection is a jerk.
With good tune you can past a sniff test, and if the cat is gutted you will pass a visual. But take the cat out and your guy does a visual you will fail...
