Default TBI stuff anyone

Where did all the TBI stuff go? Is there a different forum that these truck people go to?

Tire kicking.

Yup, I'm pretty much having to cut and paste performance mods to stay emissions legal.

Ok emissions is always a P.I.A. and is why all of our kits are for off road use only. With that said I use to like driving and working on my 93 5.7. Sure was not much stuff that helped.

We are looking at doing something for the TBI truck. And fueling is NO big deal got that one covered already.

If we could find someone that was really interested in some performance parts, we could work out a trade for a labor, etc.

There are tons of TBI owners who are dieing for some real performance mods. I would love to be a guinea for you but I live i Cali and emissions are a must. I'm sure one of my club mates would be interested. www.454ss.com
I am currently modifying my Edelbrock MPFI intake to support my Procharger which I will be installing in a few weeks.

TBI trucks are single cat way down stream. Why couldn't you run the down pipe into the cat? Really shouldn't affect the emissions. The air cleaner, heat riser, and breather would be the hardest part. You could design an intake tube for all that stuff to go into. I think it could be done.

I know we could pass a sniff test, just the visual inspection would be the big deal. The rest I think is doable, just run the heat riser to the new air box.

yea 305 and 350 would be the same layout for sure. I need to look a truck over for fittments, but if memory serves me, there is some room, passenger side low area.

It will be some time before Trick can buy another test vehicle. The 2000 is almost finished.
