Default Switching Vacuum Hose a problem???

When we installed the whipple, I did not swap the Vacuum hoses, but we swapped valve covers...

We took the vacuum from the front of the intake and put it back on the passenger side valve cover (which was the drivers side valvecover)

and we took the vacuum line from the middle of the intake and put it on the drivers side intake cover (which was the passenger side cover)

Is there any problems associated with this?
