Hey guys what’s up from over here in the big sand box (Iraq). Okay I’ve got a question for all of ya. My brother twin brother is getting married in about two months ( he is also in Iraq), and I want to supercharge his 2003 1500 SS(6.0) for his wedding present. He wants one bad because he knows I just got a C6 Z06 and he is feeling a little left out in the horse power department. The thing is should I go with a intercooled magnacharger or do you think a procharger is the way to go. I’m looking for the best daily driver setup sense he is not really car savy like me. I’m also wondering what needs to be done along with the supercharger to make it drive able like tune, injectors, or hood for clearance. Thanks a lot guys for your help.

 

I believe that there is a used Radix for sale in the parts section, that would fit his 6.0L just fine. If I were to do it again I would go Radix this time.

The used one has a deal pending but definitely go radix.

The Radix is by far the most complete kit for our trucks. It comes with new injectors, includes a handheld programmer for tuning, and fits under the stock hood. Install is very easy. Instant power at any rpm. My 03 SS makes about 500TQ from 3000 to 5000 rpms with the radix.
