I see no reason why an STS couldn't take a maggie if each were modded comparitively. Grippy and BlownChevy were gonna go at it at one point. Grippy being a blown 6L and Blownchevy being a STS 5.7L. Not sure why there's this shock factor, now if you were to say you beat him at 60' times or out of the hole I'd be more interested in that.

so much info is left out it makes me wonder whats the point. Is one guy a better driver? Are they both running well? did someone spin? Congrats none-the-less, a W is still a W.

I doubt the sts had an advantage over the maggy truck since it had slicks and the sts truck was on small street tires.

i seen it.
6L sts on 235's vs 5.3L radix on 28x12.5 slicks.
sts was the victor.
