To test if the 1lb switch under the hood puts the pump into high speed at 1 or more lbs of boost, just turn the key on, listen to the pump, then put a jumper across the switch and the pump should go into high speed.

Don't know where the adjustment should be for the switch at the pump for the buzzer.

 

Sorry....I don't know how may turns...I did have to play with mine a few times to get it to quit buzzing. Finally got it to stop. Good luck.
