Default STS oil return mod

Here are some pics and a parts list for what seems to be a decent way to tap the oil pan during an engine swap or if you can drop the pan..
The parts I got from Summit:
SUM-220010 -6AN Fast Flow Bulkhead Fitting $10.95
AER-FBM1532 -6AN to barb 90* Fitting $13.95
And its that cheap. The bulkhead fitting comes with the fitting, nut and 2 nylon washers so t seems to be a pretty leak proof design I guess.. I still dobbed some silicone under the washers for peace of mind..
This one is mounted about 4" ahead of the sump in the pan..

nice job, id like to just get some braided ss line and an alum oil cap tapped to return the oil, im skerrred to drill into my oil pan.

Nice work man! BTW, dropping the pan isn't too hard to do in these trucks, as the engine crossmember un-bolts with 4 botls. And the gasket is "re-usable" too.
