when u do a tune, do u need a dyno for it? Can u tune it from a predator handheld?

Um hell no, get a live custom tune.... Don't even think about using a handheld on something like this.

usually either a dyno or you drive around with the guy in the passenger seat tuning your truck via a laptop hooked up to it

Where are you located? Bring it to me (SE WY) and I'll put a front mounted intercooled turbo on it in less then 2 weeks, tuned and all For less then a STS or Maggie.

I would think the turbo should be faster on the highway, but with the exhaust restriction at low speeds it undoubtedly cost me some throttle response out of the hole. I think the TVS could make a really nice driver with a stock converter and have high efficiency as well.
