+1 vote for the magnacharger. I've owned two and have another on the way. The part throttle response is outstanding and the power at low rpms is great for a heavy vehicle. Plus, you'll have a lot fewer headaches in the long run with the magnacharger vs an STS.

blownchevy - quit screwing with the hummer stuff and ship me my darn TVS!

Problems can happen to both, but the STS kit does have more items that can cause head aches for sure... But The STS is not as limited as far as HP goes.... Of course we really haven't see what the TVS are made of....

I've been drove both and there ain't nothing that can compare to the way a turbo comes on....

I have owned and driven both....Live was fine with the STS until the oil return pump failed and took out a motor.

Nelson performance at first. Then I learned to tunre myself, which I would recomend nomatter which kit you go with.

As far as issues, none with the kit it self. 3+ years of not one problem with ANYTHING. I live in Reno and the seasons change a bit more than some places... 0 up too 110 deg through out the year. NEVER one issue ever... WITH THE KIT! as far as other things go... I've killed a few engines, a few tranys, a few rear ends.. ect....

The oil pump always is on my mind, but it has an alarm if it fails... Like I said , 3+ years...

The bottom line is this. If you want 450-600rwh and never any more, get the radix... If you think you may want more than 600 at the wheels, you would be better off with a turbo. I like to think turbo set-ups are more for the "do-it-yourself" kind of people, the type that want the most out of their trucks. The Radix is a VERY proven kit that anyone can buy and enjoy. It will make tons of power for,... I'd say 70% of the people out there.
So are you the type who wants to be the fastest, that may need to work on their ****, or do you want to be faster than most on the road, with less maintenance....?
Keep in mind BOTH will shorten the life of the vehicle, by how much depends on your driving habits..
Which ever sounds more like you, that is your kit!

Just my .02...
