Default STS or Magna

I have an 08 H2 with the 6.2 engine. I wanted to know what everyone thinks I should put in my vehicle. I have an offer from STS to bring my H2 to them for 5300 with intercooler, boost gauge, upgraded turbo, basically everything. The catch is I have to leave the vehicle with them for 8 weeks or more or I can pick it up for 5200 and have a local installer do everything for 1500 (labor). Is it worth it?

For real, with that heavy truck, maggie is prob the best bang for the buck, as far as bolt on go, run the **** out of it.

IS it is better, you want a race truck or fast fun street truck.... How much boost you want to run, do you want to add a big converter... There is like a million diff ways you could go..Depend on what you want to do with it. But to bolt a kit on and go with it, the maggie is the most complete, prob the quickest 0-60

There are sooo many threads on the pros and cons of each on this forum, so many that you could read for the next 3 weeks and not get to every one.

Both are good systems but in my opinion you will not beat the reliability of the Magnacharger setup. Is it the fastest? maybe not but if mid 12's isn't fast enough then

Do a bit more research and decide. Only you will have to live with your decision. Having had a Maggy for 3 years now and seeing friends with the other setups i can honestly say I am glad I chose the setup i did.
