im new to turbos so ill take some time and try to do what u guys suggest.

 

Did you find your problem yet? wastegate gaskets, exhaust leaks and cool pipe leaks are common causes of your symtoms. Your muffler could be too restrictive if ya have one. Looks like your having fun goodluck with it.

 

i still didnt put a muffler on, its just the turbo piping right now
would you recommend straight pipes after the piping becuase the turbo is already muffling the sound great or should i leave it as is

 

I would leave it if the sound isn't too loud for you.

 

I wish I had keep my cats and ran just a pipe after the turbo. I loved the whistle and how it screamed at wot , but was acceptable around town.

THEN AGAIN, i was always worried about chunks of the cats coming off and harming my snail.

 

i may just put a 3 in pipe so it would look better
