Default sts elect. boost contr?????

hey guys, if anyone has the install instructions to this , please pass them this way....... also i want to hook up my wastegate directly to the engine vac, which one of the two nipples (lol) on the wastegate do i hook it up too?

the bottom nipple goes to intake manifold to open it under boost. i have the instruction manual for the sts controller some where. if i can figure out how to put it on my computer I'll post it up.

From the engine you connect the vacuum line to the bottom or lower port..

i sat down and figured it out one day, then when i got thru i found out thats how the STS one is..

What does running the vaccum line from the engine to the solenoid? Only difference in boost I notice when the temps are cooler outside than normal is it will go 1-2+ psi than what I have the manual controller set at high when the solenoid is actuated. Would I benefit running the vaccum line from the engine to the solenoid than I have it which is a port on the turbo housing to the solenoid? Just curious

Well your talkin about running the boost ref line from a port of the engine to the solenoid, follow? What benfit does the allow? Currently I am running the ref line from a port off the turbo housing to the solenoid.

if you have a 6# wastegate spring, your goin to get 6# boost at the turbo. Your goin to have some loss thru the intercooler..
IF you run the referecne line from the intake, you get 6# from the intake manifold.... get it?
