As a side note- the STS oil pump is VERY loud and obnoxious. Apparently they are all this way, which I'm very suprised about. It sounds like electrical arching (not healthy sounding at all!). Is there an alternative to this pump that is more quiet?[/QUOTE]
There should be two settings for the oil pump, high and low. When you first install the system the pump needs to run on high for the first 200 miles to help break in the turbo then it should be switched to the low setting and when you hit the magical 4psi mark the pump should automatically kick into high. At least this is how it was with my system. There was a small switch in the engine bay right in front of the driver. My god the pump was loud and annoying for the first 200 but I ended up liking it towards the end. Now I can't hear it anymore and like Tim Z mentioned it really is "piece of mind" hearing it. Now I'm always worried and checking the fuses.
Awesome numbers by the way! Don't stop at 8psi though, keep on going!!

Dusty- Thanks for resizing those pics for me! I promise to pick up a picture editing program one day!
Yeah, it's definitely a sleeper.
I haven't had a second tune yet. I'm holding off until the FLT LVL4 4L80E is installed, along with a Vigilante stall converter (plan on ordering them on Monday). I'm looking forward to the new tune to squeeze out the remaining power in the motor, and to get rid of the crankshaft position code- it's causing the engine to hesitate above 3k rpms.
Beyond that, I have a forged 370 planned for the future. I need to slow down a bit... the truck only has 8k miles on it!
Thanks for the compliments, guys!

Forged 370?? You and I are gonna be running almost identical set-ups. Only difference is your a 4x4 and a little lighter. Hopefully my bigger turbo can make up the difference. How much in the "future" are your plans for the 370?
