Anyone know if the older silverado manifolds are interchangeable with the NNBS? i am looking for a stock pasenger side one for my 08 4.8

Far as I know they are.

Im just not 100% sure on that though.

The new ones fit on the old trucks, so I think the opposite would be true as well. You may have to do some trickery with the fuel lines.
