I'm sure you've seen the manifolds that fullthrottledan is fabbing' up for his twin project. They look real sweet so far, maybe something like that would workout...although he looks to be an advanced welder. You could always just tack everything together and have 'em welded when they were done.

my buddy has the same intercooler for sale I think (the cooler box is 9 or 11"")It's huge to see in person
