Default stall & posi will they help considerably with my turbo set-up

hey guys im gonna be going to a MP T70 .81/ar soon and i plan on going to a 3000stall trq converter & auburn posi- will a stall really be that benfitial 2 me in my 4l60e?

what about from a roll?

stall will make it better and alot more fun.

Stall will help with shift recovery between shifts so it will help a little bit from a roll.

not tryin to hijack your thread but this sorta pertains-

what geras? i have 4:56's and i think i need to drop back to 3:55's or 3:92's. which would you guys suggest (note that i run on 28" tall slicks so i gear lower than what's in it at the track)
