If you look at most of the F-body kits they are routed like your drawing. I was gonna do mine the same way but its hard to fit a turbo inbetween the radiator and the waterpump. The f-bodys and vettes have more room inbetween the motor and radiator support.

At least one piece of flex tubing would be a good idea for thermal expansion. Stainless is even worse than carbon steel about that.

Anybody had tried these on 2007 Silverado NNbs. Just worried that I might have fitment issues because the engine sits little deeper on the NNBS than the older style trucks.

RibeiroBJJ used F-Body Accessory drive instead of the truck does that mean that the truck serpentine system wont fit.

Thanks

I believe that is why Stainless Works suggested to use the LSXT Headers for the truck. Not sure about on the NNBS though.

I could be wrong. I would say your best bet is to get ahold of Stainless Works and see what they recommend.

If your dead set on that location for the turbo, I'd suggest looking into electric remote mounted water pump's. That would really clear up alot of space. I looked into them at one point for my build.

I am interested in that. I have searched on jegs and summit. Was wondering if anyone knows where the water pump adapters on the block can be found?
