I thought the ride in kurts blue ss was cool.... I love that sound.... I'm on a nickel budget though... Maybe I could sweep the floors over there or something to pay for a turbo kit?

LMAO Pat the timing is fixed and the boost is set at 10 now. I am taking it home this weekend, if everything works out the customer will get it next week. So I won't be driving it either. Of course the red truck is almost road ready!

The red truck has a 4.8 in it now! The 4.8 made 500 at the flywheel with 600 ftlbs.
I have a 6.0 for the red truck that should make it faster than the blue truck. It made 740 hp at the flywheel and 900 ft lbs! I can't wait!

I think the red one should still get me. :o( It would still be fun to tear up the road tho... I am thinking about doing my electric fans this weekend.. that will help a little.

 

Kurt....me thinks I will have to buy an Silverado SS after I get up there and throw some forged stuff in the motor and one of those kits We can dominate the truck classes at the LS1Tech events

 

I'll just get me a big blue bottle. You guys will have to let me know when you go to a ls1tech event maybe I'll tag along if it's ok?
