Default spark plugs...

Truck in my sig is a 5.3L and has about 28K miles on it now. About 16K on the Maggie/mods. It's running strong, but I'm going to pull the plugs to have a look. I'm thinking that if I go to all trouble to pull the old ones out, I ought to put some new ones in. Current plugs are the ones that Gm put in from the factory. Should I go back with the stock plugs or something else? Motor runs about 9 to 10 psi and dynoed +-420 rwhp. Thanks.
