Yeah but they are turned off As far as trims go. Last time I let them try to do anything the banks fought each other and trims went crazy. It was working great one day, then a hpt update came out and after I loaded a tune with it the trims didn't work any more, I could never get them right so I just killed it. It may have been a fluke that just happened at the same time, I don't know. I swapped them around and even used the old cat ones that had been removed both nothing changed, same problem one bank would rise and the other would fall.

I would love it if I could get them to work. It would make the temp changes a lot easier that's for damn sure.

I would tackle that problem and it might lead you to fixing your other ones. They both say the engine is lean as hell the entire time. Might also try replacing them, which is a good idea on a FI setup anyway since they will wear out faster. Even if you have trims turned off the voltage should still fluctuate with the AFR. The post-cat ones are not the same as the pre-cat ones.

I know the O2's are **** but even when they did fluctuate it was giving crazy stft.
I thought the issue might be too much timing so I lowered it about to stock and it's not any better. Even with the tune fattened up about where it needs to be, cruising at 35 in third with the ttc locked it does this bump hesitation thing. Hard to explain but very annoying. I have no clue what it is.

I'm going to swap out the br7ef's tomorrow. Last time I tried these plugs it ran like crap in the old 5.3l. I haven't been using my O2's since probably 2009 maybe 2010. So I know it's not the issue. It's missing under load when locked up and if you stab it from a dig it hesitates now. Basically it's getting worse and lowering the timing table to stock made it even worse.

The left side of the motor had used plugs from before the motor went. So the browning was already there. But not the black and the strap changed also.

Plugs. Went to the 41-104's which is a 6 heat range. I'll pull them in a week or so and see what they say.

Only drove it twice so far but those two times it acted like it hasn't in a long time. It still need some tuning. But I think I can lower the raf table now. It has a slight cruise control but after te plug swap it has a strong cruise control. My volt needle on the dash is up a full tic which I found weird.
