Default Sold the PTE 76GTS...no more race truck!

No more big turbo on the little engine!! So far I've had a MP70 with a .81 a/r, made 617/623@ 15psi with manual, went 11.33@122 at 18psi (auto). Then with the PTE 76GTS .96 a/r went 10.88@125 at 18psi and then 10.75@127 with dry 50 added.

Next snail I hope will run around 128-129 at 10.5's @ 20psi and spool a little earlier to help get the boat down the road... Any guesses? Hint it's a Magnum turbo...

Couple shots

I plan to swap out ls6 springs. I likely never got to see the real power the 76gts had because of the light seat pressure. I think after about 13-15psi area their done. Other then that though, same setup and correct on the arps and cam.

I think you're going to see a nice change just from springs alone

Regcab, he should be able really use the gts on that 408, not keep it sleeping like I was!

Took it to the 1/8 last weekend, am just running 10psi right now but it feels pretty good. Could brake boost all 10psi off the line. Gonna crank it up and see what it will do in a few weeks. This forged motor is getting pretty long in the tooth and noisy... Time for a nice quiet stock motor, to boost the crap out of Still have the Stock 4.8, just needs head gaskets and studs!!
