Sock L92 limits for FI

Stock L92 limits for FI
I'm considering doing either a turbo or supercharger setup on my wife's Denali. Anyone have experience with the motors or know where I can read up on it? I searched through about 10 pages of threads and haven't really found anything.
Info on how much power it can take, fuel system, pretty much all the basics. Not looking to do anything crazy, so stock longblock is the route I'd be going. Info on the 6 speed tranny and driveline would be great as well. Thanks in advance.
