Sock bottom end 5.3 and MP122HH...How much boost to be safe?

Well the key here is to be on the safe side for the initial tune, and the "original target" here was going to be 7-8 psi. S based on what I am seeing the 3.2 will get me very close, and I can see how it is, and then maybe venture to the 3.0 from there.

Gotta a SOCK on the bottom end??!!
JFWY...9-11 psi you will be fine as long as the tranny will hold out. Just keep the temps down, the oil changed and KR in check. Rock on with it...and don't dog it at every stop lite!

just make sure you are using the appropriate pulley. When I bought Grip's kit, I had 4 8-rib pulleys to use with it. I know the offset of the snout doesn't allow a standard maggie pulley to be used with it. The pulleys I had for it were custom made.
