I pulled my pan. I didnt have the ***** to drill it on the truck. Figure a couple hours pulling the front diff is worth the reassurance that there wont be metal flakes in it.

I'd like to see more pictures of the location where you drilled the hole in the pan! Did you guys drill at an angle into the pan for help with drainback?

If its welded then you can pitch it some, but if you are just using a bulkhead fitting you need the hole to be square.
