Ive been using -20* WWF and its ~35-38% methanol. and 10psi isnt on borrowed time unless its with a bad tune. Ive gone 25psi too many times 
85# injectors were 150% haha..
You can start out using -40 if you can find it.. -20 is the lowest i can find here. ill go straight methanol for the track.. but im very rarely over 6psi dail driving and towing.

Its goin to richen it up.. and cool the air off some, depends on your Meth/water mixture.
Pure meth doesnt change the IATs too much, but then again with methanol IATs dont matter. But with pure water or some WWF mix it will help IATs but not richen up the AFR much at all. Just gonna have to play with it and see what you perfer
