I'm wanting to buy some 2.5 inch sheet metal valve covers and relocate the coils. Has anybody done this? I did some quick measuring and altho it doesn't touch it is pretty close... Will there be any problems?

 

2.5's might hit the padding or fire wall in the back.. A bunch of guys have relocated the coils though.. I know my covers were close, I think they were only 2''

 

U have any pics of them and were you got them? I like the eBay ones but I canf find any that are less then 2.5"

 

Well i have the morosos on the descriptions they say its 2.5" and havnt got it running but from what everyone has been telling me its gonna be ok. Just make sure to use a turbo blanket and heat wrap on the hot pipes.
