seeing to much boost!

seeing to much boost!
i put a greddy porfec spec 2 boost controller on last week, at WOT im seeing 6-7psi, but if i roll into it i see 10psi, the motor is not luging the turbo to spool that much. eney ideas

Where is your reference signal coming from?
