Default Same pump kit that comes with the 04 up radix? and other returnless discussion

Is this the same thing that magnacharger sends with their radix kit for 2004 and up GM trucks? If not will this just bolt right in to the stock module with out cutting everything up. I have everything I need to install my procharger except a fuel pump and I'm ready. Remember I'm returnless.

That is the correct one,
Please let me know how your set up does, I have been having fuel pressure problems with my returnless system for ever, can't seem to figure it out

More than likely I'm going to try this one out, I have no other ideas or leads on what to do. What type of issues are you having with your fuel system? Have you had it dyno tuned or are you using a mail order tune. Have you posted your problem up to see if anyone can help?

Eventually as we (returnless guys) add power, there will have to be a solution to our fueling problems. I have been throwing around the idea of converting to a return style system. I know it has been talked about on this site before but I can't find anywhere where someone has done it. Does anyone have any info on this? Is there going to be an issue with the tuning. Can returnless computers run with a return fuel system?

If there is not going to be a tuning issue I will more than likely build a custom return setup using only the stock gas tank. New rails, regulator, line, pump, ect. If I could come up with a kit to basically bolt on would anyone be interested?

What are the Horsepower limitations of the returnless system?
Who is making the most power with a returnless system and what setup do they run?

Sorry for so many questions, I'm new to this returnless thing.

i am having the same problems with the freaking returnless system i have an 05 rcsb i put a 6.0 with radix and 2.8 pulley i was at 112% injector duty with the 42lb injectors.....i put 60lb injectors and now i am having the time of my life trying to freaking tune it idle is a perfect 14.7 cruzing not in boost im at 13 afr but as soon as i hit boost truck gets way rich i see 9-10afr cant seem to get it rite

i just put a fuel pressure gauge and idle im at 61-62 psi cruzing it comes down to 57-58 psi and at wot its 51-52psi... i have the magnacharger intank fuel pump kit it just simply cant keep up with the demand....rite now im looking for a bigger fuel pump i think the 255 is still on the small side for the trucks returnless fuel lines

I hear ya brotha....on my 04 AV I was seeing 121% duty cycles on 8.1L marines...I swapped to the 60's and had a devil of a time initially tuning the injectors...Most of the bugs worked out except off throttle gets a tad rich...but all in all I have it close after 4 months of tuning with HP Tuners... I see around 54 psi while at wot. BTW I am running 11-12 psi on the Vortech with the Magnuson intank fuel pump kit. I have tuned my WOT to 11.8 at this point but will probably move that to about 12.5 once I get more comfortable that it is safe on my setup.. The 60's are a PITA... I am not convinced yet that I am running out of fuel capacity on this pump with my returnless system. This has given me 500+RWHP but I don't test that often on the stock G80 and stock 4l60E.......

Good Luck...

Maybe this kit is even better. Racetronix claims that it retains the functionality of the bucket. Has anyone tryed this kit yet?

I would confirm the style of pump and design of your tank module first. I think the Mag kits used different pumps depending on the truck/SUV model. It now seems to me that some of the modules may drive the venturi pump off the FPR or something so the fuel pump would be more of a direct swap and the extra outlet may not be required in your case.

Has anybody looked at an 06 truck module?

BTW- No problem tuning the 60s with return style. I guess the lower FP at idle helps(52 vs 58-60).
