Default S400 turbine question

Can a 1.10 a/r turbine housing be swapped onto a s400 that came with a 1.32 a/r housing without any modifications?

Is the 1.10 the smallest they make for the S series turbos?

I think they make a .96 or something like that. I also saw on another forum where there is a place making t4 housings for them. I was told that the t4 housing restricts the turbo quite a bit though.
