Default ?s Eletronic Boost Controler.

How does the STS system control the boost controler?
I was thinking of using a Window switch. Would this be posible, and what voltage would I need? I'm thinking 12volts.
Also, would anyone be interested in a Eletronic Boost Controller?

Thanks.

STS uses a switch to open and close a solenoid to a pnuematic regulator. This will apply pressure on top of the wastegate spring. Works good and costs around $5.

Regulator = $5 (AKA boost controller)
Switch = $0.50 (high/low boost selection)

Most of the digital boost controllers out there are overkill on a large displacement, low boost setup. 30psi on a 2.0L motor is a different story, though.

Any switch, your choice. I have 3 blue lit rocker switches all the same. (fog lights, meth pump, hi-boost)

You can find a 3-way pneumatic solenoid at a HVAC supply house or heavy duty automotive supply. Just make sure the coil is for 12v.
