Default ?s about Log Header.
I plans are: using 3.0" x 0.06" for the main tube, and 1.75 x 0.06" for the exhaust ports. Does this sound reasonable, or do I need something else?

3" sounds large but depending on engine etc should be fine.

May I ask what size is yours for the main tube and the ones from the exhaust
ports? Also what is the price of one of your log headers?

I think my trick log is 2.5'' X1 5/8''. If I were to build a custom log it would be 3'' x 1 5/8''.

I used two 2.5's. If I was going to merge left and right I would have went with 3 or slightly bigger..

I plan on merging the driver's side into the passenger's side. What thickness 0.06" or thicker?
