Default Retune from .81 a/r to .96 a/r?

Since I'm doing a mail order tune, I want to mention everything to my tuner.
Does tune need to be change for:

.81 a/r to .96 a/r turbine swap?

Cutout closed or open?

Thanks

Yes. With the bigger ar housing your probably going to be a little rich in the lower rpm range and lean in the upper rpm range. Also with the cutout open your probably going to make more HP then it closed so you want to fatten it up a bit.
